- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Microsoft to drive CPGR initiatives and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategic plans for expanding EPAM's market presence through Microsoft partnerships.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies for maximizing the impact of Microsoft partnerships.
- Actively engage with Microsoft sales teams to identify and pursue joint sales opportunities.
- Work closely with EPAM's sales team to ensure alignment and collaboration in executing joint sales initiatives with Microsoft.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft's products and services to effectively position EPAM's offerings and drive value for clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of CPGR initiatives and partnership performance to senior management.
- Lead and manage negotiations for partnership agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Microsoft to foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to Microsoft products and services, and use this knowledge to drive strategic decision-making.
- Represent EPAM at industry events and conferences to promote our partnership with Microsoft and identify potential new opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve partner engagement and management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other team members to support their growth and development within the organization.
- Uphold EPAM's values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in all aspects of the role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Selling Microsoft Products And Services, Including But Not Limited To Office 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, And Power Platform.
Proven Track Record Of Success In Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets, Preferably In A Partner Sales Role Within The Technology Industry.
Strong Relationships And Network Within The Microsoft Ecosystem, Including With Key Stakeholders At Microsoft And Other Partner Organizations.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen, With The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On Market Opportunities, Develop Sales Strategies, And Drive Revenue Growth For Epam's Microsoft Practice.
