EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team and support our cutting-edge projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our marketing cloud platforms, as well as optimizing customer journeys and enhancing our customer experience. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.To be successful in this role, you must have experience building and maintaining cloud-based solutions, as well as a solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms
Optimize customer journeys and enhance customer experience
Stay up-to-date with latest technologies and trends
Build and maintain cloud-based solutions
Develop and deploy complex cloud solutions
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Manage and troubleshoot customer issues
Create and implement strategies for improving customer experiences
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
Collaborate with teams to develop innovative solutions
Monitor performance metrics to ensure quality and accuracy
