Develop and implement marketing automation strategies for clients to drive business growth.
Analyze client marketing data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Design and implement automated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, and website.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing automation initiatives.
Provide training and guidance to clients on the effective use of marketing automation tools.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation to continuously improve client strategies.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing automation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Work closely with sales teams to identify and target key audiences for lead generation and nurturing.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor for their marketing automation needs.
Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and procedures related to marketing automation services.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
3+ Years Of Experience In Marketing Automation, Preferably With A Focus On Epam Systems' Products.
Strong Understanding Of Marketing Automation Platforms, Such As Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Or Hubspot.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Marketing Automation Strategies To Drive Lead Generation And Customer Engagement.
Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present To Clients At All Levels.
