Oversee the Insurance Advisory practice and provide strategic direction to the team.
Lead a team of experts in delivering high-quality and innovative solutions to insurance clients.
Drive business growth and ensure the success of clients in the rapidly evolving insurance industry.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective business strategies.
Identify potential opportunities for business expansion and develop plans to capitalize on them.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to encourage team productivity and growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Manage the overall performance and budget of the Insurance Advisory practice.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
Represent EPAM Systems and the Insurance Advisory practice at industry events and conferences.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Collaborate with other departments and teams within EPAM Systems to drive cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders to provide updates, insights, and recommendations.

Extensive Knowledge Of Insurance Industry: The Managing Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Insurance Industry, Including Its Trends, Regulations, And Challenges. This Knowledge Should Cover Both Traditional And Emerging Insurance Sectors, Such As Life, Health, Property, And Casualty, As Well As Digital Insurance.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Managing Director, The Individual Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Insurance Consultants And Advisors. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Make Difficult Decisions When Necessary.
Business Development Experience: Epam Systems Is A Global Technology Consulting Firm With A Focus On Digital Transformation. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Business Development And A Proven Track Record Of Driving Growth In The Insurance Industry. This Includes Identifying New Business Opportunities, Building And Maintaining Client Relationships, And Expanding Market Share.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Managing Director Must Have Strong Strategic Thinking Skills To Develop And Implement Effective Insurance Advisory Strategies For Epam's Clients.
