We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Managing Director of our Insurance Advisory division. As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our insurance advisory team, driving growth and innovation within the insurance industry. Develop and execute a strategic vision for the insurance advisory division in alignment with EPAM Systems' overall goals and objectives.
Provide leadership and direction to the insurance advisory team, including setting goals, managing performance, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Drive growth and innovation within the insurance industry by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forming partnerships, and staying abreast of market trends and developments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry leaders, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
Develop and manage the division's budget, resources, and operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
Act as a subject matter expert in the insurance industry, providing guidance and insights to clients and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes, procedures, and systems to drive operational excellence and enhance client satisfaction.
Work closely with EPAM's leadership team to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives and strategies that support the company's overall objectives.
Represent EPAM Systems at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to build brand awareness and promote the company's services.
Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for growth and development.

Extensive Experience In The Insurance Industry: A Managing Director Of Insurance Advisory At Epam Systems Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Insurance Industry And Its Trends. This Includes Knowledge Of Various Insurance Products, Regulatory Requirements, And Industry Best Practices.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Managing Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Insurance Advisors. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Make Strategic Decisions, And Drive Results.
Proven Track Record Of Success: Epam Systems Will Be Looking For A Managing Director With A Proven Track Record Of Success In The Insurance Industry. This Could Include Previous Experience As A Senior Leader In A Reputable Insurance Company Or A Successful Track Record Of Managing And Growing A Consulting Practice In The Insurance Space.
Business Acumen: A Successful Managing Director Of Insurance Advisory Should Have A Strong Business Acumen, Including Financial Management Skills, Strategic Planning Abilities, And A Deep Understanding Of Market Trends. This Individual Should Be Able To Identify New Business Opportunities And Develop Strategies To Help Epam Systems Grow Its Insurance Advisory Practice.
