Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial excellence in the consumer packaged goods industry.
Work closely with top-tier clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Collaborate with our talented team to design and implement innovative solutions for our CPG clients.
Lead and manage projects to ensure successful delivery of results.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of commercial excellence initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our approach.
Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Represent EPAM Systems and promote our services at industry events and conferences.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion and growth within the CPG sector.
Contribute to the overall success and growth of EPAM Systems by actively participating in company initiatives and processes.
