Job Description

At EPAM Systems, we are seeking a motivated, results-driven Manager, Corporate Development who is passionate about driving growth and creating strong relationships. As a key member of the Corporate Development team, this individual will have a direct impact on EPAM’s strategic priorities and will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and executing on strategic opportunities.The ideal candidate is a hands-on, highly organized self-starter, with a proven track record of success in corporate development roles and a strong understanding of corporate strategy and investment processes. The successful candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, business acumen and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Identify, vet, and execute on strategic opportunities and investments for EPAM Systems.
Develop and implement corporate strategies to support business growth.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and investors.
Analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisions.
Develop financial models to evaluate investments.
Track progress of corporate development initiatives.
Prepare presentations and other materials for executive stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
Foster a collaborative environment within the Corporate Development team.
Lead and mentor junior members of the team.
