EPAM Systems is looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Manager, Corporate Development to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role must have the knowledge and acumen to develop and execute corporate strategies that will drive our organization forward. This position requires an individual with strong business acumen, exceptional communication and project management skills, and the ability to create and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Developing and executing effective corporate strategies to drive organizational growth • Utilizing strong business acumen and exceptional communication and project management skills to lead initiatives • Establishing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Developing and implementing strategies to capitalize on competitive advantages and differentiate the company in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment • Monitoring and evaluating market trends to identify opportunities for growth • Generating innovative ideas to further EPAM Systems’ corporate objectives • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of corporate development initiatives with company goals and objectives
