Develop and implement low code and no code solutions for clients, utilizing your strong understanding of these development methods.
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in low code and no code development, and actively incorporate them into project strategies.
Identify and mitigate risks and challenges in project development, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and quality of software products.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
Work collaboratively with project managers to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
Implement best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality and scalable code.
Continuously improve and optimize software development processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Take initiative to identify and propose new ideas and solutions that can benefit the team and clients.
Act as a technical subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications

Proficiency In Low Code / No Code Platforms: A Lead Software Engineer At Epam Systems Should Have A Deep Understanding And Experience With Low Code / No Code Platforms Such As Mendix, Outsystems, Or Microsoft Power Platform. They Should Be Able To Effectively Build And Maintain Complex Applications Using These Tools.
Strong Coding Skills: While Low Code / No Code Platforms Enable Rapid Application Development, A Lead Software Engineer Should Also Possess Strong Coding Skills In Languages Like Java, C#, Or Javascript. This Will Enable Them To Customize And Extend The Functionality Of The Applications Built Using Low Code / No Code Platforms.
Experience In Building Enterprise Applications: As A Lead Software Engineer At Epam Systems, It Is Essential To Have Experience In Developing And Deploying Enterprise-Level Applications. This Includes Understanding The Complexities Of Integrating With Legacy Systems, Designing Scalable Architectures, And Ensuring High Availability And Performance Of The Applications.
Team Leadership And Project Management: A Successful Lead Software Engineer Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Developers. They Should Be Able To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Ensure Timely And Quality Delivery Of Projects. Project Management Skills, Such As Defining Project Scope, Managing Timelines, And Communicating With Stakeholders, Are Also Crucial For This Role.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: As A Lead Software Engineer, One Should Be Adept At Identifying And Solving Complex Problems. They Should Be Able To Think Critically And Come Up With Innovative Solutions To Technical Challenges.
