Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow applications using AngularJS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and innovative solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.
Ensure the team follows best practices and coding standards in all development activities.
Mentor and train junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow and AngularJS developments and technologies and incorporate them into project solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality and efficient solutions.
Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
Proactively identify and address project risks and issues to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance team performance and efficiency.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and team members.
Participate in project planning and estimation activities to provide technical insights and ensure accurate timelines and resource allocation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely and efficient manner.
Drive innovation and contribute to the overall growth and success of the team and organization.
Adhere to project deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance team performance and efficiency.
