  1. Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform for clients.
  2. Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using AngularJS.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring the team meets project deadlines and delivers high-quality work.
  5. Conduct code reviews and suggest improvements to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  6. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow and AngularJS developments and technologies, and implement them in projects as needed.
  7. Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and propose solutions to ensure smooth project delivery.
  8. Communicate project progress, challenges, and risks to project stakeholders.
  9. Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  10. Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Participate in the planning and estimation of project tasks and deliverables.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow and AngularJS, and provide guidance to the wider team and clients.
  13. Continuously strive to improve development processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality.
  14. Collaborate with other teams and departments within EPAM Systems to contribute to the company's overall success.
  15. Keep track of industry trends and developments, and incorporate them into project solutions as appropriate.
