Develop and enhance the ServiceNow platform using AngularJS technology.
Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement new features on the ServiceNow platform.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ServiceNow and AngularJS development.
Take ownership of project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure efficient and effective development.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the ServiceNow platform.
Stay organized and maintain accurate documentation for all development tasks.
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of the ServiceNow platform.
Attend team meetings and provide updates on project status and progress.
Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow and AngularJS technologies and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Developing Web Applications Using Angularjs: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Developing Web Applications Using Angularjs. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Framework's Concepts And Best Practices.
Strong Knowledge Of Servicenow Platform: Epam Systems Is Looking For A Lead Servicenow Developer Who Has A Strong Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform And Its Capabilities. They Should Be Able To Leverage The Platform's Features To Design And Develop Efficient Solutions.
Proven Experience In Leading Development Teams: The Lead Servicenow Developer Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Developers, Therefore, They Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role. They Should Be Able To Delegate Tasks, Mentor Team Members, And Ensure Timely Delivery Of Projects.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Lead Servicenow Developer, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Business Stakeholders, Project Managers, And Other Developers. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Servicenow Certification(S): Epam Systems Prefers Candidates Who Have One Or More Servicenow Certifications, Such As Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, Or Certified System Administrator.
