Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join the EPAM Systems team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of DevOps Engineers, drive the implementation of DevOps best practices, and ensure the successful delivery of our services.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in DevOps, cloud technologies, and software engineering. You should have a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and container technologies. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong sense of ownership and accountability.If you are a self-motivated individual who is passionate about driving DevOps excellence, EPAM Systems is the place for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of DevOps Engineers and ensure successful delivery of services.
  2. Implement DevOps best practices and processes.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, automation, and container technologies.
  4. Analyze customer requirements and design solutions to meet their needs.
  5. Mentor and guide team members in DevOps and related technologies.
  6. Monitor usage and performance of applications and services.
  7. Identify and resolve issues related to DevOps infrastructure and applications.
  8. Develop and maintain DevOps documentation.
  9. Proactively work with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
