Lead a team of analysts to ensure successful execution of Exchange Traded Derivative projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Conduct in-depth analysis of exchange traded derivative products and market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the team.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Create and maintain project documentation including business requirements, user stories, and test cases.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in exchange traded derivatives.
Stay updated on industry changes and advancements in exchange traded derivatives and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the team.
Collaborate with other teams and departments within EPAM to share best practices and promote cross-team collaboration.
Act as a subject matter expert for exchange traded derivatives and provide guidance to other teams and departments as needed.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent EPAM in a positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Knowledge Of Exchange Traded Derivatives: A Lead Business Analyst At Epam Systems Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Exchange Traded Derivatives And Their Market Dynamics. This Includes Knowledge Of Various Derivative Products, Trading Strategies, And Regulations.
Proven Experience In Leading Project Teams: The Role Of A Lead Business Analyst Involves Managing And Leading Project Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading Teams And Delivering Projects Within Tight Deadlines.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Lead Business Analyst, One Must Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify And Solve Complex Business Problems. This Includes The Ability To Gather And Analyze Data, Identify Patterns, And Provide Strategic Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: Epam Systems' Lead Business Analyst Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Developers, And Project Managers. Therefore, Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Knowledge Of Agile Methodology: Epam Systems Follows An Agile Approach In Project Management.
