Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Financial Analyst At Epam Systems Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills And Be Able To Identify And Resolve Complex Financial Issues.
Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis (Fp&A): Epam Systems Is Looking For Candidates With Prior Experience In Fp&A Roles. This Includes Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Modeling.
Knowledge Of Financial Systems And Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Financial Systems And Tools Such As Erp Systems, Financial Reporting Software, And Advanced Excel Skills.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Financial Analyst, You Will Be Responsible For Presenting Financial Data And Analysis To Senior Management. Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Is Required For This Role. Epam Systems May Also Prefer Candidates With Additional Certifications Such As Cfa Or Cpa.
