We’re looking for a talented Field Marketing Specialist to join EPAM Systems and help us continue to build our presence in the market. This is a great opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to bring their knowledge and expertise to the table and have a real impact on our business.The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator, with the ability to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue. They will also have a keen eye for detail and a high level of energy and enthusiasm.To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, as well as a degree in marketing or a related discipline. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and revenue.
Utilize digital marketing, data analysis and social media marketing to create innovative marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Manage and coordinate activities with external partners and vendors to ensure that campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing and business goals.
Create and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, emails, and web content.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for growth.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
