Design and implement innovative solutions using the Epic platform for our clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.
Utilize your expertise in Epic implementation to develop efficient and effective solutions.
Act as a key member of the team, providing guidance and support to other team members.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify business problems and propose appropriate solutions.
Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in the Epic platform and incorporate them into project deliverables.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and present solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of the Epic platform.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance the overall project delivery process.
Keep accurate records of project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of client information.
Continuously strive to improve and enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of Epic solutions.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Epic Software: A Qualified Epic Solution Architect Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Epic Software, Including Its Modules, Functionalities, And Best Practices. This Includes Experience With Epic's Electronic Health Record (Ehr), Revenue Cycle Management, And Population Health Management Solutions.
Strong Technical Background: An Epic Solution Architect Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Software Development, Programming Languages, And Database Management. They Should Also Have Experience With Industry-Standard Integration Technologies, Such As Hl7 And Fhir.
Epic Certification: Epam Systems Requires All Epic Solution Architects To Have At Least One Epic Certification. This Demonstrates A Thorough Understanding Of The Epic Platform And Its Capabilities.
Project Management Skills: As A Key Player In The Implementation Of Epic Solutions, An Epic Solution Architect Should Have Strong Project Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Lead A Team, Manage Resources, And Meet Project Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: An Epic Solution Architect Is Responsible For Working With Clients, Stakeholders, And Other Team Members. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role. This Includes The Ability To Translate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
