- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the Salesforce practice.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
- Collaborate with EPAM's sales, marketing, and delivery teams to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce products, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiations and closure.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the Salesforce practice.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and actively follow up on leads.
- Represent EPAM at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the company's services and capabilities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Salesforce business development team, including mentoring and coaching to drive individual and team success.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, client feedback, and sales data to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Salesforce and other technology partners to leverage resources and drive business growth.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the Salesforce domain.
Experience In Salesforce Business Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working In Salesforce Business Development, Preferably In A Leadership Role. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Salesforce Ecosystem, Including Sales, Marketing, And Service Clouds.
Strong Sales And Negotiation Skills: As A Director Of Salesforce Business Development, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Sales And Negotiation Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Potential Clients, Understand Their Needs, And Negotiate Deals That Are Beneficial For Both Epam Systems And The Client.
