Job Description

At EPAM Systems, we are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as the Director of Salesforce Business Development. As the world's leading provider of digital platform engineering and software development services, we are looking for someone who is passionate about driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape the Salesforce Business Development strategy, working closely with our sales and delivery teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.   1. Develop and implement Salesforce Business Development strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue potential clients and business opportunities in the Salesforce market.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their business objectives.
  4. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop proposals and sales pitches that effectively communicate the value of EPAM's Salesforce services.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the Salesforce ecosystem to identify new opportunities for growth.
  6. Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and differentiation.
  7. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress through the sales cycle.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Business Development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
  9. Represent EPAM at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting our Salesforce capabilities.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects and client satisfaction.
  11. Prepare and present reports on business development activities and progress to senior management.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve business development processes and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for EPAM, promoting our values and culture to clients and partners.
  14. Maintain a deep understanding of EPAM's Salesforce capabilities and services, and effectively communicate them to clients and prospects.
  15. Meet or exceed business development targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of EPAM's Salesforce practice.

  • Extensive Salesforce Knowledge And Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Products, Including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, And Marketing Cloud. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Customizing These Products For Clients.

  • Leadership And Team Management Abilities: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Salesforce Consultants And Developers. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Hiring, Training, And Mentoring Team Members To Deliver High-Quality Solutions To Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Director Of Salesforce Business Development, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Clients, Partners, And Internal Teams. Therefore, They Should Possess Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Technical Information To Different Stakeholders.
