  1. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive growth and achieve business objectives for the Salesforce practice.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and competitors to identify potential business opportunities and provide insights to the team.
  6. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
  8. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, products, and services to effectively position EPAM as a leading provider in the market.
  10. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
  11. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing them with the necessary support and resources to achieve their goals.
  12. Represent EPAM at industry events, conferences, and other business development opportunities to promote the company's brand and services.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, strategies, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Extensive Experience In Salesforce Business Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Salesforce Business Development, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Pursuing New Business Opportunities.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Salesforce Ecosystem: The Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Salesforce Platform, Its Products, And Services, As Well As The Competitive Landscape. This Knowledge Will Help In Creating Effective Business Development Strategies And Positioning Epam As A Top Salesforce Partner.

  • Proven Sales And Networking Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Sales Background And Be Adept At Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including C-Suite Executives. They Should Also Have A Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
