Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to plan, execute, and deliver cutting-edge solutions for clients.
Utilize strong technical expertise in Java or .NET technologies to guide and support project teams.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management.
Foster a customer-centric mindset and work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality work.
Continuously monitor and improve project processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform project strategies and approaches.
Collaborate with other Delivery Managers to share knowledge, best practices, and resources.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and retention.
Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Contribute to the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities and supporting business development efforts.
Uphold and promote company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications

Strong Technical Background In Java And/Or .Net Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Java And/Or .Net Technologies And Frameworks, As Well As Hands-On Experience In Developing Software Using These Languages.
Proven Experience In Project Management: Epam Systems Is Looking For A Delivery Manager Who Has Successfully Managed Complex Software Development Projects In The Past. The Candidate Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Project Management Skills, Including Planning, Budgeting, Resource Allocation, And Risk Management.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Delivery Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Developers And Working Closely With Clients. Therefore, Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are A Must-Have For This Role.
Familiarity With Agile Methodologies: Epam Systems Follows Agile Methodologies For Software Development, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Agile Principles And Practices. They Should Also Be Comfortable With Managing Projects In An Agile Environment.
Experience In Client-Facing Roles: The Delivery Manager Will Act As The Primary Point Of Contact For Clients, And As Such, They Should Have Experience In Client-Facing Roles. This Includes Managing Client Expectations, Providing Regular Project Updates, And Resolving Any Issues Or Concerns That May Arise During The Project.
