  1. Develop and implement business development strategies and initiatives to drive growth within the financial services industry.
  2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within the financial services industry.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver customized solutions to clients.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business development strategies.
  6. Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  7. Monitor and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
  8. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  9. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote EPAM Systems and establish thought leadership.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and compliance requirements within the financial services sector.
  11. Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support business development efforts.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for EPAM Systems, promoting our services and values to potential clients.
  13. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  14. Mentor and train junior business development team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve business development processes and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
