- Conduct research and analysis to identify business needs and objectives for ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of business requirements.
- Track and report on project progress, identify and communicate potential risks or issues, and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to ServiceNow to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate user training to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship with all team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current on ServiceNow tools and techniques.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Business Analyst, Preferably With Experience In Servicenow.
Strong Understanding Of It Service Management Processes And Best Practices.
Experience With Gathering And Documenting Business Requirements, Conducting Gap Analysis, And Creating Functional Specifications.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
