  1. Develop and maintain highly reliable, scalable, and efficient cloud-based systems for our clients using Azure DevOps.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain automated processes for continuous integration and deployment.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and availability issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
  4. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and perform routine backups to ensure data integrity and availability.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in Azure DevOps and continuously suggest and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
  6. Work closely with developers and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance and resource utilization.
  7. Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  8. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to system reliability, security, and scalability.
  9. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  10. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements and deliverables.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on Azure DevOps best practices and processes.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide status updates, identify issues, and propose solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Azure Devops Platform: A Qualified Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Azure Devops, Including Its Various Features Such As Source Control, Build And Release Pipelines, And Deployment Automation.

  • Strong Background In Software Development: A Site Reliability Engineer At Epam Systems Should Have A Solid Foundation In Software Development, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages Like C#, Java, Or Python. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Troubleshoot And Debug Issues In The Codebase.

  • Knowledge Of Cloud Infrastructure: Epam Systems Utilizes Cloud Technologies, Particularly Microsoft Azure, For Its Projects. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Deploying And Managing Cloud-Based Applications, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Cloud Architecture And Best Practices.

  • Familiarity With Devops Principles And Practices: As A Site Reliability Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Bridging The Gap Between Development And Operations Teams. They Should Have A Good Understanding Of Devops Principles And Practices, Such As Continuous Integration And Delivery, Automated Testing, And Infrastructure As Code.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills: Site Reliability Engineers Are Expected To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
