Design and implement efficient and scalable AWS infrastructure solutions to support the development and deployment of applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure smooth integration of applications into the AWS environment.
Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployment and delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS infrastructure, deployment, and application performance.
Monitor and optimize system performance, resource utilization, and security.
Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and best practices, and continuously evaluate and implement new tools and processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on AWS and DevOps best practices.
Work closely with developers to ensure code quality, test coverage, and deployment readiness.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of high-quality, maintainable code.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support for production systems.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and reduce expenses.
Create and maintain documentation of AWS infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
Mentor and support junior team members to help them grow their skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Aws Services: A Strong Candidate For An Aws Devops Engineer At Epam Systems Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Aws Services Such As Ec2, S3, Lambda, Cloudwatch, And More. They Should Also Be Able To Design, Implement, And Maintain Complex Aws Architectures.
Proficiency In Coding And Scripting: A Successful Aws Devops Engineer Should Possess Strong Coding Skills In Languages Like Python, Java, And Ruby. They Should Also Be Proficient In Scripting Languages Like Bash And Powershell To Automate Tasks And Build Efficient Workflows.
Knowledge Of Devops Principles And Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Devops Principles And Best Practices, Including Continuous Integration (Ci), Continuous Delivery (Cd), And Infrastructure As Code (Iac). They Should Also Have Experience Working With Devops Tools Such As Jenkins, Ansible, And Terraform.
Experience With Containerization And Orchestration: Epam Systems Is Looking For Candidates With Experience In Containerization Technologies Like Docker And Container Orchestration Platforms Like Kubernetes. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Microservices Architecture And Its Implementation.
Strong Problem-Solving And Communication Skills: As An Aws Devops Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Troubleshooting Complex Issues And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
