- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to EPAM's applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve the overall performance and functionality of EPAM's applications.
- Monitor and maintain the health and stability of EPAM's applications, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Azure and Linux, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in these technologies.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance EPAM's applications.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on issue resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all support activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical training and support on EPAM's applications.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
Proficiency In Azure Cloud Services: An Applicant Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Azure Cloud Services, Including Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, And Security.
Extensive Experience With Linux Operating Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Linux Operating Systems And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Issues On Various Linux Distributions.
Knowledge Of Scripting Languages: Applicants Should Be Proficient In Scripting Languages Such As Bash, Python, Or Powershell, As Well As Have Experience With Automation Tools Like Ansible, Puppet, Or Chef.
