Design and implement AEM-based solutions for clients using technical expertise and strategic thinking skills.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Adobe Experience Manager and cloud solutions, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather requirements, identify business needs, and develop solution strategies.
Lead the implementation of AEM solutions, ensuring they meet client specifications and are delivered on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their understanding and adoption of AEM and cloud solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay informed of emerging technologies and trends in AEM and cloud-based solutions, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase AEM solutions and address any questions or concerns.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and consultant for their AEM and cloud needs.
Ensure all AEM solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to industry best practices.
Continuously evaluate and improve AEM processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
Actively contribute to the growth and success of the AEM and cloud solutions practice at EPAM Systems.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Adobe Experience Manager (Aem): The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Aem, Including Hands-On Implementation And Customization Experience.
Strong Technical Background: The Aem Cloud Solution Architect Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Web Development Technologies Such As Html, Css, Javascript, And Frameworks Like Angularjs And React. They Should Also Have Experience With Java And Web Application Servers.
Cloud Computing Expertise: Epam Systems Is Seeking A Candidate With Strong Knowledge And Experience Working With Cloud Technologies, Particularly With Amazon Web Services (Aws) And Microsoft Azure. The Candidate Should Have Experience Deploying And Managing Aem Solutions In A Cloud Environment.
Aem Certifications: Epam Systems Prefers Candidates Who Have Certifications In Adobe Experience Manager, Particularly In Aem Sites And Aem Devops. These Certifications Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of The Platform And Its Capabilities.
Project Management Skills: The Aem Cloud Solution Architect Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Aem Projects, Therefore Strong Project Management Skills Are Necessary. The Candidate Should Have Experience Managing Complex Projects, Leading Teams, And Working With Stakeholders To Deliver High-Quality Solutions On Time And Within Budget.
