- Stay updated on the latest ABAP technologies and trends, and implement best practices in development.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ABAP development.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for projects.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing ABAP solutions to enhance performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines and deliverables.
- Train and onboard new team members on ABAP development processes and standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in the scoping and estimation of new projects.

- Adhere to EPAM’s coding and quality standards to ensure consistency in delivery.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Abap Development, With At Least 2 Years In A Lead Or Senior Role.
Proficiency In Sap Abap Programming, With A Strong Understanding Of Abap Object Oriented Programming (Abap Oop).
Strong Knowledge Of Sap Modules Such As Fi, Co, Sd, Mm, And Pp, And Experience With Integration Between These Modules.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team Of Abap Developers And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
