We at Enterprise Rent-A-Car are looking for a Return Agent to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our returning customers, both in-person and over the phone. You will ensure the timely and accurate processing of customers' rental returns, as well as the completion of all paperwork associated with the rental return process. You must possess excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to think quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.If this position interests you, you will need to have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR check.
