Return Agent

At Enterprise Rent-A-Car, we are looking for an energetic and organized Return Agent to join our team. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, positive, and professional. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, is able to multi-task, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.The Return Agent is responsible for providing superior customer service to our customers, while processing vehicle returns, resolving customer issues, and completing all paperwork accurately and efficiently.Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and as a team• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
