Exit Booth Agent

We are looking for an outgoing and customer-oriented Exit Booth Agent to join our Enterprise Rent-A-Car team. The ideal candidate for this position is an excellent communicator with strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and a knack for problem-solving. The Exit Booth Agent will be responsible for accurately tracking customer transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all cars and keys are returned to the appropriate location.The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry. They will also have a valid driver’s license and a strong understanding of the rental car industry.
