Job Description

At Enterprise Rent-A-Car, we are looking for a self-motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Our ideal candidate will be a friendly, detail-oriented professional who has a passion for helping others. The successful candidate should be a problem-solver, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing superior service to Enterprise’s customers by answering general questions, resolving customer issues, and providing guidance on car rental policies. As a member of the team, you will be expected to demonstrate a strong dedication to customer service and strive for total customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, strong computer skills, and an upbeat attitude. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing circumstances is a must.
