At Enterprise Rent-A-Car, we are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. This position requires an individual who can effectively and efficiently provide excellent customer service while meeting our organization's goals. Our ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and experience in customer service or related fields. They must also be able to demonstrate a commitment to the customer experience and have an understanding of the customer's perspective. We are looking for an individual who is polite, organized, and responsive to customer inquiries. They must be punctual, reliable, and have the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexible hours and be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
