Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Our Automotive Service Advisors are responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring their automotive needs are met. The successful candidate must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask efficiently. The required qualifications for this position include: a high school diploma or GED; at least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field; a valid driver's license; and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of automotive services and repairs.
