
Senior Sales Manager
Are you a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Manager looking to make a difference in the world of industrial automation? Endress+Hauser is looking for an individual who is highly motivated, organized, and driven to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales, customer service, and/or business development who is highly skilled in managing complex sales processes.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. You must also have at least 5 years of experience in sales management and/or business development. Proven ability to coach and develop direct reports is essential. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a sales team and coach and develop direct reports.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the industrial automation space and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of sales initiatives.
- Create and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors.
- Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to address any issues.
- Create and manage sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Develop and execute plans to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Remain up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
