Sales Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Support Engineer to join Endress+Hauser’s team. As a Sales Support Engineer, you will play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers by providing technical, product, and application support. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an analytical problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and advice to our customers on Endress+Hauser products and applications.
2. Assist with pre- and post-sales inquiries, including troubleshooting and product selection.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
4. Keep abreast of new products and developments in the field, and provide feedback to the sales team.
5. Research and resolve customer service issues in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer inquiries and interactions.
8. Provide training and support to customers on the use of Endress+Hauser products.
9. Generate sales leads and identify opportunities to increase sales.
10. Assist in the preparation of product presentations and training materials.
