Quality Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for driving quality assurance initiatives, developing and overseeing quality control processes, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external standards.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Quality Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role. You must have a proven track record of developing and implementing quality assurance processes, working with teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, and strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and oversee quality control processes to ensure adherence to internal policies and external standards.
2. Analyze and implement quality assurance initiatives to ensure that quality standards are met.
3. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to address them.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality goals are met.
5. Track and report on quality assurance activities and results.
6. Conduct root cause analysis to identify problems and develop corrective actions.
7. Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving quality issues.
8. Provide feedback and coaching to team members on quality related issues.
9. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
10. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in quality management.
