Order Handling and Planning Specialist

Endress+Hauser is seeking an experienced Order Handling and Planning Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Receive and accurately process orders from customers in a timely manner.
2. Develop and implement customer service processes and procedures.
3. Act as the single point of contact for customers, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
4. Monitor customer orders to ensure delivery is on time and in full.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer orders and update customer accounts.
6. Utilize MS Office software, particularly Excel, to compile reports and analyze data.
7. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is available to meet customer demand.
8. Engage with customers to build and maintain relationships.
9. Provide support to the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Identify areas of improvement in order handling and customer service processes.
