HR Operations Partner

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and problem solver with a strong background in HR operations.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role. They will be well-versed in HR operations and processes, have a customer-centric approach, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, an understanding of global HR operations and a strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a must.The successful candidate will be a team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a natural ability to build relationships with stakeholders. 1. Provide excellent customer service to all HR department stakeholders.
2. Manage multiple HR operations projects simultaneously.
3. Stay up-to-date on global HR operations and labor laws and regulations.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
5. Guide the team towards a customer-centric approach.
6. Monitor HR operations processes and procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
7. Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide solutions.
8. Maintain accurate and complete records of all HR operations activities.
9. Create reports and presentations on HR operations performance and other related topics.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
