
HR Operations Partner
At Endress+Hauser, we are looking for an experienced HR Operations Partner to join our team. We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual who is driven to provide the best service possible in our HR department. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and problem solver with a strong background in HR operations.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role. They will be well-versed in HR operations and processes, have a customer-centric approach, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, an understanding of global HR operations and a strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a must.The successful candidate will be a team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a natural ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all HR department stakeholders.
- Manage multiple HR operations projects simultaneously.
- Stay up-to-date on global HR operations and labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Guide the team towards a customer-centric approach.
- Monitor HR operations processes and procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all HR operations activities.
- Create reports and presentations on HR operations performance and other related topics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
