Functional Safety Expert

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and motivated Functional Safety Expert to join our Endress+Hauser team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to ensure the safety of our products and processes. The successful candidate will bring expertise in functional safety and have a passion for using their knowledge to identify, analyze, and mitigate safety risks.To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a safety-focused role. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute plans to ensure the safety of products and processes.
2. Identify, analyze, and mitigate safety risks.
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of functional safety standards and regulations.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to other departments.
5. Effectively communicate safety topics to a variety of audiences.
6. Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations.
7. Implement changes to safety management systems as needed.
8. Assist with the development of safety-related training materials.
9. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of safety-related documentation.
10. Participate in safety-related audits and inspections.
