User Experience Intern
Transform complex technology topics into employee-focused web content, videos, and knowledge articles that are easy to comprehend and use. Apply principles of Human Centered Design and User Experience (UX) Design to create the optimal experience for end-user support and self-help knowledge. Develop creative ways to create and share a message using audio/visual tools, video conferencing and internal social media. Record, edit, and distribute content using the Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office 365, and other audio/visual tools. Review content with subject matter experts and approvers, and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement. Analyze data and end-user feedback to help determine future initiatives.
Ability to effectively work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment.
All applicants must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate program and have a minimum GPA of 3.0
Knowledge of Agile Project Management methods are a plus.
