- Conduct thorough analysis of UKG Dimensions software and its functionalities to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency for the company.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and issues related to UKG Dimensions software for all employees and departments.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's time and attendance policies and procedures to accurately configure and maintain the software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the software.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues or errors within UKG Dimensions, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to employee workflow.
- Train and educate employees and managers on how to effectively use UKG Dimensions software, including creating reports and accessing relevant data.

Experience With Ukg Dimensions Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working With Ukg Dimensions Software And Be Well-Versed In Its Functionality And Capabilities.
Knowledge Of Time And Attendance Processes: A Strong Understanding Of Time And Attendance Processes And Best Practices Is Essential For This Role, As The Analyst Will Be Responsible For Ensuring Accurate And Efficient Tracking Of Employee Time And Attendance.
Data Analysis And Reporting Skills: The Analyst Should Possess Strong Data Analysis Skills And Be Able To Generate Insightful Reports And Dashboards Using Ukg Dimensions Data.
