  1. Conduct thorough analysis of UKG Dimensions software and its functionalities to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency for the company.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and issues related to UKG Dimensions software for all employees and departments.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's time and attendance policies and procedures to accurately configure and maintain the software.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the software.
  5. Monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues or errors within UKG Dimensions, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to employee workflow.
  6. Train and educate employees and managers on how to effectively use UKG Dimensions software, including creating reports and accessing relevant data.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all system configurations, changes, and updates.
  8. Keep informed of industry trends and best practices in UKG Dimensions software, making recommendations for updates or upgrades as necessary.
  9. Participate in regular meetings with UKG Dimensions representatives to stay updated on new features and enhancements and implement them within the company.
  10. Continuously review and analyze data to identify patterns and trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve time and attendance processes and systems.

  • Knowledge Of Time And Attendance Processes: A Strong Understanding Of Time And Attendance Processes And Best Practices Is Essential For This Role, As The Analyst Will Be Responsible For Ensuring Accurate And Efficient Tracking Of Employee Time And Attendance.
