  1. Develop and implement Emerson Electric's global transfer pricing strategy.
  2. Stay up-to-date with global transfer pricing regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Lead and coordinate transfer pricing reviews and documentation for all global operations.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and finance, to understand and analyze the impact of transfer pricing on the company's overall financial performance.
  5. Collaborate with senior management to provide guidance and recommendations on transfer pricing issues.
  6. Prepare and review transfer pricing policies and agreements for all intercompany transactions.
  7. Manage and maintain transfer pricing documentation, including benchmarking studies and economic analyses.
  8. Conduct transfer pricing risk assessments and provide proactive solutions to mitigate any potential risks.
  9. Monitor and review transfer pricing adjustments and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  10. Train and educate internal stakeholders on transfer pricing policies and procedures.
  11. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in transfer pricing to continuously improve and optimize the company's transfer pricing strategy.
  12. Mentor and develop team members to ensure a high level of performance and growth within the transfer pricing function.
  13. Communicate effectively with external advisors and tax authorities on transfer pricing matters.
  14. Regularly report on the company's transfer pricing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  15. Represent Emerson Electric in transfer pricing audits and examinations by tax authorities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transfer Pricing, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.

  • Strong Knowledge Of International Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Beps And Oecd Guidelines.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Assess Risks.

  • Experience In Managing And Leading A Team, As Well As Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
