  1. Provide technical support for Oracle EBS and integrated business systems.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EBS and integrated business systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve system and process issues.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
  5. Implement and maintain system enhancements and upgrades.
  6. Conduct system testing and participate in user acceptance testing.
  7. Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality and processes.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Oracle EBS and integrated business systems.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations for system enhancements.
  10. Adhere to company's security and compliance policies and procedures.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  12. Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  14. Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve technical skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Proficiency In Oracle Ebs: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Oracle Ebs, Including Experience In Implementation, Customization, And Support Of The Various Modules Within The System.

  • Experience With Integrated Business Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Working With Integrated Business Systems, Both Within And Outside Of Oracle Ebs. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Data Integration, System Interfaces, And Cross-Functional Processes.

  • Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Experience In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Pl/Sql, And Java. They Should Also Have Experience With Database Management, System Administration, And Troubleshooting Technical Issues.

  • Business Acumen: In Addition To Technical Expertise, The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Business Processes And Operations. This Includes The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Business Requirements And Translate Them Into Technical Solutions.

  • Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As They Will Be Required To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Team Members And Other Departments To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
