Software Development Program Manager

The Plantweb Optics Program Manager leads and manages projects for the Plantweb Optics Platform and associated applications and connectors. The Program Manager’s primary goal is to lead the successful completion of each of those projects, with expected deliverables, on time and on budget. This employee will be responsible for Project Management activities. Take ownership of product development team coordination in multiple global Development, Test, Documentation, and Marketing teams by defining, tracking, and managing touch points and dependencies among those teams while ensuring frequent, appropriate communications among the teams and continuously monitoring the team to ensure that no details are overlooked. Manage cross-functional team coordination by communicating project status, plans, and issues to cross-functional teams and leading/coordinating cross-functional team meetings and the preparation and presentation of gate reviews.
