  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned market segment to drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the segment.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the segment to expand the customer base.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet customers' needs.
  7. Actively participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company's products and services.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  9. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  10. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  11. Keep track of sales metrics and utilize data to identify areas for improvement.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing the company in a professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Industrial Or Manufacturing Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Sales Techniques, Strategies, And Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.

  • Familiarity With The Products And Services Offered By Emerson Electric, As Well As The Ability To Understand And Articulate Technical Information To Customers.
