Security Supervisor

Provide supervision, guidance and administrative oversight for Security Specialists and Assistant Security Supervisor on your shift. Conduct investigations of security violations, crimes, property damage, etc. and prepare documentation via Security Incident Reports. Develop and maintain proficiency in the handling of emergency situations on the company site, including monitoring and use of alarm and other warning systems. Evaluate and control unexpected activities at company site and coordinate other employees. Conduct post and area inspection and provide necessary post relief. Perform other duties, such as supervising parking controls, issuing passes and badges, dispatching courier service, correcting security violations, etc. Ensure personnel under your supervision attend training and maintain required certifications. Understand and perform all job requirements as listed in the Post Instructions and Policy Manual.
