- Lead and coordinate all aspects of the product supply chain for Emerson Electric, including sourcing, planning, production, and logistics.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers through effective management of inventory levels and production schedules.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to drive continuous improvement and optimize costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
- Oversee the procurement process, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Train, mentor, and guide team members to ensure a high-performing and motivated supply chain team.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide supply chain policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain management.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in the supply chain.

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management Or A Similar Role.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Logistics, And Inventory Management.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Supply Chain Operations To Improve Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
