- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
- Lead and oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Create and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of plant operations with overall company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and stay competitive in the market.
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team
Knowledge And Experience In Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Quick And Effective Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
