  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain process for parts, in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high levels of performance and efficiency.
  3. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of parts through the supply chain.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, such as shortages or delays, and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact on operations.
  6. Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and on-time delivery of parts.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for the supply chain department, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies to inform and guide supply chain strategies.
  9. Drive innovation and process improvements within the supply chain to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Manufacturing Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Supplier Relationships And Negotiating Contracts.
